Return Policy
We always hope you are happy with our products and will try to fix any issues before a return or refund is necessary, but just in case, here is our return policy:

- Returns on New, Undamaged Items:
- An exchange or refund will be issued once the item is received back to us. Please keep your shipping receipt when sending back items.
- Shipping cost for returns is covered by the customer. This allows us to be able to offer Free Shipping. We apologize for this inconvenience. Either a new product will be sent or a refund issued upon our receiving the item.
- Return requests must be sent to Spring Valley Crafts within 30 days of the delivery date of the item
- Items Damaged in Shipping:
- Please send a picture of the item, as well as the packaging, through Shopify messaging or by email to SpringValleyCrafts@gmail.com, within 1 week of the delivery date of the item.
- Upon verification that the shipping carrier is responsible, a new item will be sent, at no charge to the customer.
- Please keep or discard the original, damaged item.
- Other Cases
- As a general rule, we only accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on new and undamaged items. If you are unhappy with your item and it does not fall into one of these categories, please contact us at the link above to see if we can help.
- We make no guarantees on items after the return window. Our products are built to last, but we cannot account for each customer's storage, treatment, or use after purchase.
